PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a simulation cost while guaranteeing accuracy and reliability of simulation in the simulation related to movement.SOLUTION: A simulation system (10) includes: acquisition means (11) for acquiring statistical data; simulation means (13) for simulating movement in an object area; and supply data generation means (12) for generating supply data. The supply data generation means (12) includes evaluation means (33) for calculating an estimation error of a first simulation result and the statistical data from a second simulation result by evaluation simulation capable of evaluating whether or not the first simulation result performed by the simulation means (13) to the object area to which the supply data should be finally supplied on the basis of the statistical data is settled within an allowable error range, and determining whether or not the error is within the allowable error range.
