PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for improving taste while maintaining the effect of tencha, Chinese blackberry leaf tea, extract which enhances the proliferative and survival properties of lactobacillus in cultivation.SOLUTION: There is disclosed a lactobacillus culture which is obtained by culturing a lactobacillus in a culture medium containing tencha essence which is obtained as a concentrated solution by electrodialysis of inorganic salt-added tencha extract.
