PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector for effectively cooling an optical element.SOLUTION: A projector 1 includes an optical element 35, a cooler that makes the air circulate along the surface of the optical element 35, and a vibration generator 5 that vibrates the optical element 35. The vibration generator vibrates the optical element 35 along a vibration direction DV including components of the air in a flow direction DA. The vibration direction DV is a direction along a linear virtual line VL on the surface of the optical element 35. |
