PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound electric double layer capacitor having excellent cycle characteristics.SOLUTION: An electric double layer capacitor having excellent cycle characteristics is obtained by making the thickness of positive and negative electrodes thinner from the radial center side of a wound body toward the outside, and installing an electrode having a high density and a low resistance on the outside of the wound body, thereby suppressing temperature rise on the radial center side of the wound body. |
