PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional film that has superior scratch resistance and weatherability, and to provide a method of manufacturing the functional film.SOLUTION: A film mirror 10 which has an acrylic layer 7 and a hard coat layer 8 on a resin base material 1 has the hard coat layer 8 formed on the upper surface of the acrylic layer 7 by applying a coating liquid for protective layer containing a 5-70 wt.% solvent prepared by dissolving the acrylic layer in 100 g of a solvent by 1-40 g and then parts of the hard coat layer 8 and acrylic layer 7 are thereby mixed with each other in a thickness direction thereof so as to improve the adhesion between the hard coat layer 8 and acrylic layer 7. |
