PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve responsiveness of a back torque limiter means in a clutch apparatus in which a plurality of friction plates are sandwiched between a pressure-receiving plate and a pressing plate, the pressing plate is biased to a side of a pressure-receiving plate by clutch springs, and the pressing plate is moved to a side of separating from the pressure-receiving plate by the back torque limiter means when a driving force from an output member exceeds a driving force from an input member.SOLUTION: A back torque limiter means 27 has a cam mechanism 50 that is provided between a clutch inner 18A and an output member 11 with a cylindrical movable cam member 52, which moves to a side of a pressing plate 22A at back torque generation, as a component. The movable cam member 52 is integrally provided with a cylindrical extending part 71 which extends to a side of the pressing plate 22A and whose tip includes a pressing surface 73 capable of pressing the pressing plate 22A to a side of separating from the pressure-receiving plate 21A against a spring force of clutch springs 24, 25. |
