PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser machining head that can change each of a condensing diameter and a focus point of laser beam in an independent manner and to provide a laser machining apparatus that can perform high speed and high quality machining.SOLUTION: A laser machining head includes: an optical fiber 1 that transmits an optical beam outputted from a laser oscillator and emits it from an emitting edge face; a first lens 3 that can change a condensing diameter at a focusing point of the optical beam 2, adjusting a divergence angle of the optical beam 2 by moving in a direction of the optical axis 2z of the optical beam 2 emitted from the optical fiber 1; a collimator lens 4 that converts the optical beam 2 emitted from the first lens 3 into a parallel beam by moving in a direction of the optical axis 2z; and a condenser lens 5 that can change a focusing point by moving in a direction of optical axis 2z, while condensing the parallel optical beam emitted from the collimator lens 4.
