PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can prioritize printing rather than cleaning of a print head in an inkjet printer.SOLUTION: An inkjet printer includes a cleaning unit for cleaning a print head by using ink reserved in an ink tank and a determination unit for printing print data without instructing the cleaning unit to perform cleaning when a command for printing print data by the print head from a computer is received, a designation on necessity or unnecessity of cleaning input by a user is obtained, and the designation indicates unnecessity. |
