PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic apparatus and an image processor, properly displaying an operation screen.SOLUTION: Provided is a medical image diagnostic apparatus including a reception part and a display control part. The reception part receives a setting instruction of a parameter value to a parameter included in an editing screen, on the editing screen receiving the editing of an imaging condition. When receiving the setting instruction of the parameter value on the editing screen, the display control part superposes a plurality of editing screens on each other and displays the editing screens side by side, translucently displays superposition portions, and emphatically displays another parameter affected by the setting of the parameter value.
