PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food service cart having high heat insulation property and cold insulation property by a simple work.SOLUTION: A food service cart includes: a hot/cold food cabinet 6 formed by using a plurality of outer wall panels 8; and a partition panel 14 for partitioning the internal space S of the hot/cold food cabinet 6 further into a heat insulation chamber 16 and a cold insulation chamber 18. In the food service cart, at least the partition panel 14 of the outer wall panels 8 and the partition panel 14 is formed of a vacuum heat insulation panel formed by vacuuming the inside of a hollow stainless steel panel. |
