PURPOSE: An apparatus for providing a multiple radio accesses bearer service in a communication system and a method thereof are provided to maintain a voice call connection when an error of a data call is generated in a communication system which provides the multiple radio accesses bearer service. CONSTITUTION: A control unit (1405) connects a data call and a voice call with a radio net by using a reception modem and a transmission modem. In case the error of the data call is sensed, the control unit releases the connection of the data call with the radio net. The control unit confirms whether the error of the data call is generated or not in consideration of the number of data retransmissions. The control unit confirms whether the error of the data call is generated or not in consideration of the number of data transmission requests to the radio net.
