PURPOSE: A ship formed with a moon pool is provided to damp rocking of the ship such as pitching and rolling due to waves by rotating a door to be protruded toward the lower part of the bottom of the ship when the ship stops and the moon pool is opened. CONSTITUTION: A ship (10) comprises a moon pool (20) and a door (40). The moon pool is formed by penetrating a hull vertically so that the moon pool is provided as a passage for moving various kinds of equipment. The door has one side which is hinge-connected to the bottom of the ship on which the moon pool is formed; opens or closes the moon pool; and is rotatably opened to be protruded toward the bottom of the ship in order to damp the rocking of the ship which is caused by tides and waves when the ship stops. |
