PURPOSE: A facility for manufacturing an annular element of a complex shape by rolling a steel insert about an outer ring of a rolling bearing especially is provided to be suitable for withstanding a tension of a static and a dynamic type, and to be suitable for withstanding a tension of a Hertz type. CONSTITUTION: A facility for manufacturing an annular element of a complex shape by rolling a steel insert about an outer ring of a rolling bearing especially comprises a modeling tool of a shaft-symmetry shape (5), a second unit (9), a first unit (8), and a mandrel of a shaft-symmetry shape (10). The modeling tool of the shaft-symmetry shape is demarcated by an outside radial surface (6) which has a first predetermined longitudinal profile (7) inside a radial section. The second unit applies a transverse direction thrust on the modeling tool which is vertical to a first axis. The first unit rotates the modeling tool around the first axis. The mandrel of the shaft-symmetry shape is arranged about the modeling tool to the transverse direction. The mandrel of the shaft-symmetry shape rotates around a second axis which is in parallel with the first axis. |
