METHOD OF MAKING PLASTIC ARTICLE LAMINATED WITH VELOUR CLOTH BY PRESS MOLDING

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing plastic pressurized molded products in which velour materials are laminated is provided to reduce the exposed time to high temperature before a pressurizing process because the velour materials are processed while being separated from a plastic panel until the plastic panel is heated over thermal transformation temperatures. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing plastic pressurized molded products in which velour materials are laminated comprises the following steps: fixing the velour materials in a temporary frame so that the temporary frame and the velour materials have a stepped pulley (10); cutting a plastic panel in a size fitting on the temporary frame and heating the same at a temperature which is greater than the thermal transformation temperature and less than the melting temperature (20); fitting the heated plastic panel in the temporary frame by using the stepped pulley and arraying the same to be overlapped with the velour materials (30); and pressurizing the arrayed plastic panel and the velour materials in a pressurizing molding machine while the temporary frame is connected (40).
