PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an anisotropic oxide permanent magnet which considerably improves the strength of a molded body and reduces cracks in the molded body occurred during manufacturing steps as well as defects, such as fracture.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an anisotropic oxide permanent magnet includes: preparing anisotropic granulated powder by wet-molding slurry containing oxide permanent magnet powder and water in a magnetic field and then subjecting the obtained molded body to drying, disintegrating and sizing; and press molding the anisotropic granulated powder in the magnetic field. Acrylic resin binder is added in the range of 0.5-1.0 wt.% into the anisotropic granulated powder. |
