A behavior candidate estimation unit 56 estimates the behavior of the user after a predetermined timing on the basis of the position information acquired by the position information acquisition unit 52 at the predetermined timing, the user state information acquired by the user intrinsic state acquisition unit 53 at the predetermined timing and the history of the behavior of the user acquired by the history acquisition unit 55 before the predetermined timing, and outputs the estimated behavior as a behavior candidate. |
