PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor memory including a current adjustment circuit capable of accurately adjusting a reference current that is a threshold value for determining a data value.SOLUTION: A constant current source for generating a constant current is provided. An adjustment current having a current value that corresponds to a current control signal is generated on the basis of the constant current generated by the constant current source, and is superimposed on a reference current sent from a reference memory cell so as to adjust the reference current. |
