PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for carbon fiber-reinforced plastic, capable of providing superior decoration while making good use of superior designability that fiber-reinforced plastic originally has, and to provide a decorative composite material and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet for carbon fiber-reinforced plastic has a colored layer 12 on a base material 13. The decorative sheet for the carbon fiber-reinforced plastic is characterized in that a binder resin of the colored layer has a softening point of lower than 100°C. A decorative composite material includes: a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic layer 11; a colored layer 12 having a pattern conforming to a solid shape of carbon fiber included in the carbon fiber-reinforced plastic layer; and a base material 13 in this order. A method of manufacturing the same is also provided.
