PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor having superior photoelectric conversion efficiency, and a solar cell using the semiconductor.SOLUTION: An organic semiconductor has a polymer structure including a repeating unit expressed by general formula (I):-[A-D]-. In the formula, A represents a structure expressed by formula (A); D represents a structure having a benzodithiophene skeleton; and Rrepresents an alkyl group, alkoxy group or H. A solar cell has an active layer that contains the above organic semiconductor. |
