PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibrator (crystal vibrator) that can effectively restrain vibration leakage to the outside from a crystal vibration element that is a piezoelectric vibration element, that can realize an output at a constant frequency, and that can be made small.SOLUTION: The piezoelectric vibrator comprises: a crystal vibration element 10 having a base 11 and a vibration section 12, the vibration section 12 freely vibrating in a constant space plane including the base 11; and a holding member 14 holding the crystal vibration element 10 with the base 11 while allowing its free vibration and made of an insulation material. The holding member 14 holds the base 11 on one end 14A, and the other end is fastened and held to a pre-installed container body 15. The holding member 14 fastens and holds a central region of the base 11 of the crystal vibration element 10 in a one-point support form. |
