PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas proportional valve achieving low height of a solenoid portion by providing a communication portion between a diaphragm and the solenoid portion and sufficiently ensuring a cross-sectional area of each of magnetic path columns connecting two magnetic path plates sandwiching a solenoid coil.SOLUTION: A direction connected to a terminal for carrying current to a solenoid coil 21 and a position of a communication portion are set in the same phase. With the phase as the origin, a pair of leg portions 60 is provided at positions in a phase of 90 degrees in a horizontal direction, and also magnetic path columns 62, 63, 64 are distributedly provided in positions sandwiched between the origin and the phase with the leg portions provided. |
