PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet capable of reducing a production cost, and a display device equipped with the optical sheet.SOLUTION: An optical sheet 10 is arranged closer to an observer than a light source, controls light emitted from the light source and then emits the light toward the observer. The optical sheet includes a plurality of optical functional layers 12, 22 each having light transmission parts 13, 23 aligned in parallel along a sheet surface and light absorption parts 14, 24 formed between the light transmission parts 13, 23. One optical functional layer 12 is laminated on a substrate 11, and the other optical functional layer 22 is laminated on a surface of the one optical functional layer 12 which is a surface opposite to a surface laminated with the substrate 11. In the optical sheet 10, the other optical functional layer 22 is directly laminated on the one optical functional layer 12 or laminated via a layer for improving an adhesion property. A display device is equipped with the optical sheet 10. |
