PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a storage area to be used when storing a PDL job by driver-sorting, and also enable a user to perform printing with no need of selection of two or more job documents.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus includes: a determination means for determining whether or not a storage job having job identification information of the same value as that of job identification information of a received print job is present; and a control means configured to, when the absence of the same value is determined by the determination means, control a developing means for developing PDL data and control a memory means for storing the storage job, meanwhile, when the presence of the same value is determined by the determination means, control to increase one by one, the number-of-copies information set for printing in the storage job, and to delete the received job before developing the PDL data. |
