摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine that obtains a cooling loss of the internal combustion engine in high accuracy and can optimize a control parameter according to the cooling loss.SOLUTION: An inner-cylinder-surface temperature is estimated based on a fuel integrated injection amount of each of cylinder in a predetermined period of time and a coolant temperature (Step ST2), and a piston top face temperature is estimated based on the fuel integrated injection amount in the predetermined period of time and a lubricant temperature (Step ST3). A cooling loss index reference value of each cylinder is calculated based on these inner-cylinder-surface temperature and piston top face temperature (Step ST4), and a cooling loss index of each cylinder is calculated based on this cooling loss index reference value, an intake gas amount, and an intake gas temperature (Step ST5). A correction of a control parameter of an engine is performed based on this cooling loss index (Step ST6).
