PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide filler for papermaking that can be reused as an internal additive of paper and a method for producing the same by using incinerated ash as a raw material and treating the incinerated ash in a relatively simple process.SOLUTION: The method for producing filler for papermaking includes the steps of: obtaining incinerated ash by incinerating a raw material including at least one selected from the group consisting of waste including papermaking sludge, coal and paper, biomass, and composite fuel at a temperature of 650 to 950°C; classifying the incinerated ash so that the average particle size is to be in a range of 5 to 250 μm; obtaining slurry by dispersing the classified incinerated ash in water; pulverizing the classified incinerated ash to adjust the average particle size to a desired level. According to this invention, it is possible to produce filler for papermaking showing a little wire abrasion by using incinerated ash as a raw material. |
