PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine particle dispersion having an extremely low metal concentration, having excellent dispersion stability, and allowing the removal of a contained organic substance at low temperatures.SOLUTION: This fine particle dispersion contains: an organic solvent, inorganic fine particles, a dispersant dispersing the inorganic fine particles in the organic solvent, and a cationic aliphatic amine. The dispersant is a block polymer containing a hydrophobic unit and a hydrophilic unit having oxyalkylene in a side chain. |
