PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuff pressurizing device reducing the pulsation of air pressure of discharge air.SOLUTION: A cuff pressurizing device includes: cylinders 1, 2 airtightly and slidably incorporating a piston 4; a piston drive mechanism 16 continuously forward/backward moving the piston 4 by a motor 12; and an air passage 17 communicating with the inside of the cylinders 1, 2. The piston drive mechanism 16 has a screw mechanism 11 wherein a female screw member 6 and a male screw member 8 are screwed, wherein one of the female screw member 6 and the male screw member 8 is connected to the piston 4, and wherein the other is rotated by the output rotation of the motor 12 to forward/backward move the piston 4. |
