PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-modal type tracking system and multi-modal type tracking program for quickly outputting accurate information without making it necessary to acquire any knowledge or experience value.SOLUTION: The multi-modal type tracking system includes: an acquisition part 12c for acquiring a plurality of information among biological information, social environmental information and self-acknowledgement information of an object person; a feeling state master for defining each coefficient to be used for searching a feeling state level from information to be acquired by the acquisition part 12c; a response master for defining the feeling state level and a response in association; a storage part 12a for storing the feeling state master and the response master; a control part 12b for generating a response by calculating a current feeling state level on the basis of the information acquired by the acquisition part 12c, the feeling state master and the response master; and an output part 13b as the output destination of the generated response.
