PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a resin impregnation amount in fiber, and thereby, reduce a void caused by insufficient impregnation of the resin in the fiber in a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet includes a hot stamping molding process which uses a die for pressure-molding thermoplastic resin-impregnated fiber prepreg. In the hot stamping molding process, the thermoplastic resin impregnated-fiber prepreg is pressure-molded under a condition that a lubricant exists between the die and the prepreg. |
