PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for edition of various types of data determined by an ID storage device used, and to secure safety of various types of data.SOLUTION: A work manager depresses the edition screen display switch of a touch panel switch 28 displayed on a monitor 27. When an ID storage device is inserted into an electronic component loading device 1, a card reader 32 reads the content of the ID storage device, and authenticates the ID storage device. An edition level is then acquired from edition level data, and edition level is checked based on the edition level data. Subsequently, a determination is made whether or not the data to be edited is editable data, and edition operation can be carried out if it is editable data. |
