PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether an operation state of a user terminal has stopped in the middle and to perform appropriate control of the user terminal that has stopped in the middle.SOLUTION: An information sharing device 101 comprises: a comment input state acquisition part 112 for acquiring a comment input state of a user terminal 102 connected through a network 103; a comment sharing resumption threshold value generation part 111 for calculating a threshold value of a comment input from a comment input state for respective users operating the user terminal 102 and storing the threshold value in databases 115, 117; a comment sharing resumption determination part 113 for, when a comment input of the user terminal 102 has stopped in the middle, determining whether a comment input state in the user terminal 102 has stopped in the middle on the basis of the threshold value; and a comment sharing resumption processing part 114 for, when a comment input state has stopped in the middle, transmitting a determination result for resuming comment sharing to the user terminal 102. |
