PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which can change setting of picture bracket photographing while images on which different special effect processing is performed are checked, an imaging method and an imaging program.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 1 includes an imaging element 12 and a display section 21. The imaging apparatus also includes: an image processing section 16 which performs special effect processing that causes visual effect by combining a plurality of pieces of image processing for image data and generates processed image data; an image processing setting section 291 which sets a plurality of pieces of special effect processing which the image processing section 16 performs; a display control section 293 which displays processed images corresponding to the plurality of pieces of processed image data respectively which the image processing section 16 generates on a display section 21 after photographing by the imaging apparatus 1; and an image processing control section 292 which performs prescribed processing on the processed image selected in accordance with an instruction signal inputted by an input section 20.
