PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove lint stuck to an evaporator.SOLUTION: A clothes dryer comprises: a heat pump device 7; a drying chamber 9 for putting clothes and the like to be dried; an air duct 10 for circulating drying air exhausted from the drying chamber 9 to the drying chamber 9 again; an air blower 8 for sending air to the air duct 10; a discharging part 13 for discharging washing water toward an evaporator 5; and control means 17 for controlling a drying operation. The controlling means 17 discharges the washing water from the discharging part 13 toward the evaporator 5 during a drying operation, so as to remove lint stuck to the evaporator 5. |
