PURPOSE: A call switching system for a military, and a dedicated terminal and a call switching method thereof are provided to connect calls which are received from the outside during a given period. CONSTITUTION: A calling terminal (2) generates a call connection request signal. A dedicated terminal (4) receives the call from the calling terminal. A call switching server (10) determines whether the time when the call connection request signal is received from the calling terminal is within a given period available to receive a call. If the call connection request is received during the given available period, the call switching server connects the call with a certain dedicated terminal. If the call connection request is received out of the given available period, the call switching server makes an announcement that the designated terminal is unable to be connected through an ARS message.
