摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for manufacturing a chalcopyrite type solar cell with high conversion efficiency using a selenide method.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a solar cell includes: a first step of subjecting a processed substrate to heat treatment for 2-90 minutes within a temperature range of 200-350°C in an atmosphere containing a selenium source, the processed substrate having an electrode layer and a precursor layer, which contains a group 11 element and a group 13 element, at least in the order on a glass substrate having a glass transition temperature Tg of 580°C or above; and a second step of, after the first step, subjecting the processed substrate to heat treatment for 2-120 minutes within a temperature range of 550-690°C in an atmosphere containing a selenium source or a sulfur source.
