PURPOSE: A nanoemulsion containing wild ginseng extract and a personnal care composition containing the same are provided to effectively transfer the extract into the skin and to ensure transparency and stability. CONSTITUTION: A nanoemulsion contains 5-30 wt% of wild ginseng extract, 0.5-5 wt% of unsaturated lecithin as surfactant, 0.5-5 wt% of polysorbate as cosurfactant, 0.5-5 wt% of polyglycerin-10 olate, 1-10 wt% of glycerin, 1-10 wt% of butylenes glycol, 0.01-0.5 wt% of liposome stabilizing agent, and 3-70 wt% of water. The liposome stabilizing agent is sodium ascoarbyl phosphate, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, ascorbic acid, polyphenol, or mixture thereof. |
