PURPOSE: A lateral automatic bumping processing machine is provided to automatically perform a bumming process where pipes for a receiver dryer are successively supplied, transferred laterally, and punched after being fixed by a molding member, thereby improving workability and productivity. CONSTITUTION: A lateral automatic bumping processing machine includes a lift type feed unit(20), a pipe transfer unit(50), a mold member(70), a pilot member(90), and a punch unit(110). The pipe transfer unit pushes forward the pipe for a receiver dryer which is transferred to a feeding position. The mold member comprises an insertion hole(72) which a pipe that is transferred by a pipe transfer unit is inserted into, and which is reduced with the inner diameter to pressurize the pipe. The pilot member is inserted into the pipe which is fixed on the mold member. The punch unit(112) moves from the opposite site of the pilot member, and pressurizes and punches the pipe which is supported by the pilot member. |
