PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screening method, capable of objectively measuring the influence or medical effect of radiation, a radiation protective agent, an antiacid agent, a radiosensitizer, medicine or ultraviolet rays at a low cost in a short time.SOLUTION: A screening method includes the steps of: administering or irradiating a cytotoxic factor which disorders the lymphoid cell to a lymphoid cell; incubating the lymphoid cell to which the cytotoxic factor is administered or irradiated during a predetermined time; measuring the cell size of the incubated lymphoid cell; and determining the influence of the cytotoxic factor upon the lymphoid cell based on the cell size. |
