PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunity analysis method which allows antigens to be accurately measured with high sensitivity, and a reagent for the method.SOLUTION: In an immunity analysis method, an antigen-antibody reaction and/or measurement is carried out in the presence of a polycarboxylic acid type surfactant. An immunity analysis reagent used in the method contains the polycarboxylic acid type surfactant. Accordingly, by using simple means allowing the presence of the polycarboxylic acid type surfactant in a reaction and/or measurement system, a nonspecific reaction is efficiently suppressed even in high-sensitivity immunity analysis, and the antigens are accurately measured and specificity is improved in immunity analysis. |
