PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device, an oscillation device and an electronic apparatus that implement an oscillating operation capable of accommodating a wide range of oscillation frequency over a wide temperature range.SOLUTION: The circuit device includes: an oscillation circuit 10 having a transistor BT for oscillation of an oscillator XTAL; and a current supply circuit 20 for supplying current to the oscillation circuit 10. The current supply circuit 20 supplies a bias current ID for collector current supply to a collector of the bipolar transistor BT for oscillation of the oscillation circuit 10, and supplies a base current IB of a current value having a negative temperature characteristic to a base of the transistor BT for oscillation.
