PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified diene-based rubber excellent in low energy loss property, skidding property on ice and rebound resilience, a method for producing the same and a rubber composition by using the same.SOLUTION: This modified diene-based rubber is characterized by performing the reaction of an epoxidized diene-based rubber having ≥0.1% and <15% epoxidation rate with an alkoxysilane having a functional group reacting with the epoxy group and an amine compound. Also, the method for producing the modified diene-based rubber is characterized by performing the reaction of the epoxidized diene-based rubber having ≥0.1% and <15% epoxidation rate with the alkoxysilane having the functional group reacting with the epoxy group and the amine compound in a solution state. |
