PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passage member which inhibits the efficiency deterioration when heat received by a lid part is exchanged with a fluid using a the lid part and a side wall part of the passage member, and to provide a heat exchanger using the same and a semiconductor device.SOLUTION: A passage member of this invention includes a lid part, a side wall part, and a bottom plate part and forms a passage in which a fluid flows using the lid part, the side wall part, and the bottom plate part. Since heat conductivity of the lid part and the side wall part is higher than heat conductivity of the bottom plate part, heat received by the lid part of the passage member is exchanged with the fluid in the lid part and the side wall part. Thus, the efficiency deterioration of heat exchange with the fluid is inhibited. |
