PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device including a saturable absorption gas cell functioning appropriately.SOLUTION: The laser device may include a master oscillator configured to output laser light, at least one amplifier disposed on the optical path of laser light, at least one saturable absorption gas cell disposed on the optical path of laser light on the output side of the amplifier and receiving saturable absorption gas which absorbs laser light of a predetermined optical intensity or lower, and a cooling section provided along the optical path of laser light and cooling the saturable absorption gas. |
