PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide appropriate supplementary information related to an image included in a content being displayed.SOLUTION: In a content display device, a main content display processing section 130 displays the contents of a main content in a storage section 110 on a display 150. When a user taps a target image in the main content being displayed with a finger, a sub content presentation processing section 140 searches for sub content data in a storage section 160 using a search character string k assigned to the image, and displays hit supplementary information on the display 150. The sub content data is classified into categories C1-C3, and information indicating relevance between each category and a color is stored in a relevance information storage section 145. When a color recognition section 143 recognizes a representative color of the target image, a priority assignment section 144 assigns a higher priority to a category having higher relevance on the basis of the representative color. The supplementary information presentation processing section 146 presents the supplementary information hit in a search, according to the priority. |
