PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device configured to reduce the influence of an outer diameter dimension of a pressured and rotating cylindrical member on rotational accuracy of the cylindrical member, and to provide an image forming device.SOLUTION: A drive transmission part 67 includes a drive gear 71 to which a driving force is input, and a drive transmission spring 72 inserted at an end of a heating roll 61 to transmit the driving force to the heating roll 61. The drive gear 71 includes a flange part 71c extended in a length direction of a cylindrical member 61a. An inner diameter of the drive transmission spring 72 is substantially the same as an outer diameter RG of a cylindrical member 61a made of a thin plate. An inner diameter FN of the flange part 71c is larger than the outer diameter RG of the cylindrical member 61a. When a pressure belt applies pressure, the heating roll 61 partially swells to increase the diameter of the drive transmission spring 72, and comes into contact with an inner circumferential surface of the flange part 71c. The rotational accuracy of the heating roll 61 is determined based on the inner diameter FN of the flange part 71c. |
