PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently maintain a train constituted of a plurality of vehicles.SOLUTION: There is provided a vehicle maintenance system 200 in which a vehicle body accommodation area 110 and a bogie disassembling area 114 are connected via station rails 116. In the vehicle body accommodation area 110, a vehicle lifting apparatus 100 is installed. A bogie 6 is separated from an arbitrary vehicle 2 in a train 4 which is lifted integrally by the vehicle lifting apparatus 100, the separated bogie 6 is lowered individually, and the lowered bogie 6 is conveyed to the bogie disassembling area 114 along the station rails 116.
