PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a production method of an electrode material for secondary electrode using a composite of fibrous carbon and a metal compound in which the electric capacitance, or the electric capacitance and the conductivity, are enhanced, and to provide an excellent electrode material for secondary electrode.SOLUTION: A mixed solution of each material source of fibrous carbon, a metal compound and a chelator is stirred, so as to cause sol-gel reaction, before being calcined. The chelator, a manganese source and a lithium source are admixed to the mixture so that the chelator is more than 1 time to 4 times or less of the metal ions to be complexed therewith in total conformation ratio. |
