PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dispersion capable of obtaining a liquid crystalline polyester-molded article having a small linear expansion coefficient.SOLUTION: A dispersion includes a liquid crystalline polyester including 10 to 35 mol% ≥1 structural unit selected from the group consisting of an aromatic diamine-derived structural unit and an aromatic monoamine-derived structural unit having a phenolic hydroxy group (provided that the total amount of contents of the whole structural units included in the crystalline polyester is taken as 100 mol%), a water-dispersible inorganic layered compound and aprotic polar solvent, and has 50 to 500 nm mean particle diameter and 50 to 300 aspect ratio of the water-dispersible inorganic layered compound in the dispersion.
