PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone in which switching from a receiver talk to a hands-free talk can be performed without depending on key operation by a user and further, switching that is not intended by the user can be suppressed, the mobile phone comprising a receiver part and a transmitter part in a phone body configured by connecting a first casing and a second casing so as to be opened/closed mutually.SOLUTION: In a mobile phone, a phone body comprises a proximity sensor 7 which is turned on when an object is proximate to or touches the phone body, and an opening/closing sensor 8 which detects opening/closing of the phone body. When it is detected that the proximity sensor 7 is changed from ON to OFF in a receiver talk state, the opening/closing sensor 8 detects that the phone body is opened from a closed state to an open state and the two detected states are continued for a fixed time, a receiver talk is switched to a hands-free talk. |
