PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack in which an operation of a Pch POWER MOS FET into an ON state is increased in speed to suppress transient thermal destruction due to thermal loss.SOLUTION: A battery pack includes: a protection control part performing protection control of discharge current at a battery part and having a first P channel FET; and an acceleration part accelerating an operation of the first P channel FET and having a second P channel FET and an N channel FET. The second P channel FET including a drain connected to a negative electrode of a battery block and a gate or source connected to a gate of the first P channel FET and the N channel FET are promptly made into an ON state. By rapidly reducing a gate voltage of the first P channel FET to a voltage lower than a threshold voltage, an operation of the first P channel FET into an ON state is increased in speed, so that transient thermal destruction due to thermal loss can be suppressed. |
